- Safe, secure parking for trailers and toy haulers. Let
us know your time of arrival to make sure someone is available to help
spot you for parking if needed.
- A scrumptious full breakfast daily. (see below
for details)
- For each room we offer: private bathroom, air conditioning, dish TV,
a DSL wireless hotspot and a mini fridge.
- In a common room we provide a microwave and a coffee maker.
- Accessibility for special needs. Our house has ramps from the front door and in the shower.
- The Knotty Pine room features a jacuzzi tub.
- The Mesa View Room and the Colorado Room each features a garden tub.
- The Evening Star Suite features a hot tub.
- An available Romance package includes
massage oil, spa products, roses or another flower arrangement, and chocolate
from Enstrom. The package cost is from $130-$190 and it may
be requested at the time of reservation with customizing available.
- Private in–room massage for $65 for an hour per person can
be requested at the time of reservation.
- Other optional packages include scrapbooking, pickled vegetable lessons,
candle making. Inquire as to details and prices.
Breakfast at Dreamcatcher
We
provide a scrumptious full breakfast daily at 8:30 am. For
those who like to rise and shine even earlier, coffee and a newspaper will
be available in the common room area after 7:00 am. The breakfast menu
will feature a delicious egg and meat dish, a selection of cereals, homemade
breads or muffins, and sliced fruit in season. The sliced fruit may
very well be from the backyard or one of our close neighbor’s stands;
the best fruit grown anywhere. Top it off with honest to goodness brewed
tea, complete with honey sticks and lemon, juice and coffee. If
you have dietary needs, please do not hesitate to discuss this with us
for possible substitutions.
Area Activities
Something
for everybody; our area offers just about every non-beach outdoor activity
you can imagine. In addition to the specifics presented
below the Palisade Chamber of Commerce has
a wealth of ideas for interesting outings and exciting adventures.

- The Powderhorn ski area is
about an hour east from Palisade.
- The Grand Mesa also offers phenomenal snowmobiling trails.
- Rafting on
the Colorado River is an incredible
experience.
- The area offers ample opportunities
for the fishermen among you. Western
Anglers in Grand Junction can
show you the insider spots.
- Great horseback
riding about an hour away at Bryce Outfitting.
- Many options for birding and wildlife photography including Bryce
Outfitting.
- Several gorgeous golf courses at nearby Grand Junction; the Bookcliff
Country Club, The Golf
Club at Redlands Mesa, the Tiara
Rado Golf Course among others.
- Trails
for jeeps and ATV’s can be found.
- Both hikers and bikers can enjoy such
spots as the Kokapelli trail and the Colorado National Monument.
- Palisade is the Peach Capitol of Colorado and, in season, fruit stands
around the area offer riches and orchard tours are great fun.
- Palisade has the state’s greatest concentration of wineries and
vineyards. Enjoy a self-guided
tour and sample award-winning wines.
- Sample microbrews at Palisade Brewery and distilled spirits at Peach
Street Distillers.
- Tour area art galleries and watch artists at work.
- The historical aspect of this area also gains many visitors
every year.
