Our policies are designed to insure a stress free and smooth visit.

Advance reservations are highly recommended. You may make reservations via email or phone using the information at the left.

A deposit of one night (or) 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater is required to hold the room for you. Deposits are payable by credit card. Remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is made with more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, minus a $35.00 administrative fee.

There is a 2 night minimum for the busy summer weekends during the months of June, July, August and September.

Check-in: 3:00pm-6:00pm
Check-out: 11:00am

As with any busy business, time is important to us. Because of this,  during the reservation process,  I always ask for an expected time of arrival.  This information helps us plan our day.  When the expected arrival time is drastically different from the actual arrival time, it forces a very inconvenient change in our plans. Therefore, to promote and reward promptness,  we will deduct $5.00 for each night from the price of your room, if you arrive within an hour from the expected  arrival time.  Promptness pays so let us know if your plans change!

A full breakfast is included daily during your stay. Breakfast is served at 8:30 am.

Even though we love children and pets, we do not have the accommodations for either. No smoking, candle or incense burning is allowed inside. If the innkeeper discovers evidence of smoking, a $100 fee will be charged to your room

During spring-time in the orchards the fruit growers have a special way of protecting their fruit trees, with tender young buds, from freezing in the event of a killing frost.  Giant fans turn on when temperatures drop to dangerous levels.  Usually this happens in the early spring.  If this happens during your stay, we'll take $10 off the price of your room if it wakes you up.  You must tell me of the event (honor system) since I normally will not be up myself to check it out.
